5 /5 YU YU: Excellent customer service!!! Ivy did exactly what I requested. I came here because it’s close to work but especially because of their previous reviews & follow-up. That showed me you’re not just another dollar bill walking in the door. I get dip on my natural nails & I was so happy with the quality of work done here. The staff were very hospitable offering me a beverage. They are working on improving the salon and their vision is to have a tea & drink bar. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for customers. I highly recommend this nail salon for its cleanliness, quality of work, & great customer service!

5 /5 Jackie Wells: Stopped back after months and WOW have things changed. Completely upgraded and staffed. Friendly service, no wait on a Friday! Even better and the pricing was fair. aesthetically pleasing. I came in for a pedicure but Ill definitely be in for a full set once Im cleared from surgery on my hands.

5 /5 S S: Loved my experience here! After being with my old nail guy for 10 years, he made it unwelcoming for me, so I had to look elsewhere. Orchid was the 2nd place I tried and previously, another nail place really messed up my nails and skin. I thought it was an allergy, but turns out it was just the technique that was causing skin issues around my nails. The owner here took great care of my nails with the dip. She is a perfectionist and I love that about her! Also, very warm and friendly, offered me a drink as soon as I walked in. She was sweet and not rushing me, like other places do. Another guy was taking care of my pedicure and they assured me that my skin will be okay with the way they apply the gel polish. So far, so good! His massage was wonderful and he also paid great attention to detail. The shop is clean and inviting. They are getting new chairs in right now, so that was cool to see them assembling everything Assuming that everything stays well with the gel, I would love to be back in a couple weeks. So glad I found my new favorite spot.
