Rebecca Venturi: The younger guy with 12 earrings in each ear is incredibly unprofessional every time Iâve gone in there. Today was the last straw. Charged for things I didnât have done, poorly done pedicure, inexperienced techs and bad attitudes. Unfortunately for them one bad experience takes months to recover from. Itâs a shame, this place is so close to being good. But they are letting their bad mannered children run the place.
Ciara Keyser: I have been going to A&V for about 3 years now and I cannot recommend them enough. The salon itself is nothing fancy, but the nail techs are all incredibly talented. I have had 5 different nail techs do my acrylics and I always leave happy. Annie, Vy, Lynn, Terri, Holly, Andy and the rest of the staff are talented, kind, and accommodating. I have been to many nail salons in the area and this is the best.
Megan Locke: If I could give them no stars I would. My friend had a groupon for them and called - they had us scheduled for 5 and 6pm tonight and then called my friend at 4:15 to tell her someone called out sick so they couldnât do it... I then called them and miraculously they had availability at 5pm. I will never go to this salon or recommend this salon based on how they treat people. By the way the reason my friend wanted to get me a pedicure is because i am going in for back surgery tomorrow (which she relayed to them). Shame on them!!!
Cecilia Arredondo: I had a great experience with Carmen. The pedicure service was so attentive and Carmen did not spare any attention to detail. My toes looked so good and my feet have been smooth since my visit over 3 weeks ago. My manicure is gorgeous! Carmen helped me pick the perfect shade of red for the holiday season. Carmen shaped my nails to perfection! I have been getting compliments up until yesterday about my nails! I will be sorry to see them go but excited for my next set âșïž. Lastly, Carmenâs studio is so beautiful! Itâs so modern, squeaky clean and its just giving! Please go see Carmen, she is not only super talented but an amazing person! Canât wait for my next visit!
Sofia Tisnado: I came here with my mother a couple days before Motherâs Day. The lady working on my pedicure was Tiffany. Iâm just here to say that my experience was not worth the money charged for the service.
Tiffany was checked out since she started my pedicure..she kept getting up, left to take phone calls- she never once washed her hands. She returned with a foot scraper that looked like a cheese grader to use on my feet. ( See photos below) I had to move my foot back and tell her âoh no no , youâre not using that on my feetâ.
Diamond nail spa, I hope youâre reading this- do you know foot scrapers of this kind are banned in CA? And could be reported to the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology? honestly I shouldâve walked out in that moment. Please work on your customer service and treatments. Itâs not all about the money.

Berenice Ramos: Best pedicure ever but really bad acrylic nails, I have been in this place many times but this was the last time. The lady who made my pedicure was super nice and she actually care and was very detailed but another lady made my acrylic nails and you can tell by the pictures how far they are to being even good. Besides It was $218 for 2 full sets and 1 pedicure, say what??? They gave me a âdiscountâ so ended paying $200 not fair at all! I wonât ever recommend this place!

The ambience was relaxing and both treatments were so beautiful that I received multiple complements from people I did not even know especially when ever I gesture with my hands.
Its quite apparent that their 1st class service is heads and shoulders above many in or near the Inland Empire.
I learned early on to reserve my next/follow-up appointment in advance to be sure I had the date and time that fit my availability.
Ailyn Garcia: I really liked this place! Although it did feel a bit expensive the service was good. Itâs also been more than a month and a half and none of my nails have came off! ( I did file them down tho,cause they got to long for my liking, so they donât look as pretty as when I first got them)
