1 /5 Sofia Tisnado: I came here with my mother a couple days before Mother’s Day. The lady working on my pedicure was Tiffany. I’m just here to say that my experience was not worth the money charged for the service. Tiffany was checked out since she started my pedicure..she kept getting up, left to take phone calls- she never once washed her hands. She returned with a foot scraper that looked like a cheese grader to use on my feet. ( See photos below) I had to move my foot back and tell her “oh no no , you’re not using that on my feet”. Diamond nail spa, I hope you’re reading this- do you know foot scrapers of this kind are banned in CA? And could be reported to the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology? honestly I should’ve walked out in that moment. Please work on your customer service and treatments. It’s not all about the money. Following state law and infection control standards are a must to be able to provide safety to your clients. You’ve lost business from us.

2 /5 Jennifer Garcie: I have been coming to this nail salon for roughly three years. The woman, who I assume owes the place/the manager, is very kind and professional. I have never had a major dislike or issue with my services... until this last week. I had gone in for a french tip gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was amazing but the massage chair was broken and not very relaxing. I wanted a sparkly light colored french tip.. my nails were perfectly smooth and even ( as I had got them done there a few week prior w/another lady). After my french tip was completed I noticed how bumpy and uneven the color was.. could literally see the previous color purple and the gel didnt reach the ends of my nails! I tried to be nice and decided I would just have ugly nails. Not even 4 hours later I was back in for her (Lori) to fix 4 nails of mine (no charge). The next morning I noticed the re-painted nails had all chipped again. I went straight back to the salon.. the lady upfront told me to sit down immediately, I waited for Lori to finish with a pedicure so she could fix my nails again. Once she came over to me I felt as though I had become an issue for her. Not my fault I came back 3 times because she did not do a good job. I suggested I would like all my nails to be re-painted to a traditional french tip. That seemed to annoy her and she tried to explain to me that the gel paint was coming off due to my "oily hands".. which I thought was a little rude. Said to her, "No, I have been coming here for years and this has never happened." I left with another mediocre Gel manicure. Once again, the next day my nails were cracking and chipping. I decided to not go back due to the clear lack of quality. Over the years I have seen a change in care, cleanliness and ect. Long story short, I appreciate the professionalism of the woman up front but I will not be going back.

5 /5 Valerie Massa: I absolutely loved them! My sister and I got gel pedicures together and it was a wonderful experience. These ladies were so sweet and welcoming. Not to mention they were very fast and the nail as came out amazing. We left knowing we’d be back!

5 /5 Amy Gentile: This my second time coming here and I’ll continue to come here! Came this time without an appointment and waited about 5 minutes tops and it was busy! Super quick, precise, and friendly service! They always make sure you’re satisfied before paying and ask how your experience was. And my nails look perfect! 10/10!

1 /5 Ethan Joanna Pfalz Greco: I am with a consumer watch group and started going to this facility and I had several people do my nails and there was only one person that I believe had done the Nails nice and I have been having my nails done at different places for all over San Diego County, and Riverside County. I was shocked when I went there and had my nails done. They used glue to hold the nail from separating apart. Then I find when I go up to check out and pay they’ve raised their prices and this is a big operation. I will not be going back there nor am I recommending anyone else go there as well. I will continue To look for other nail salons, which people can spend their hard earned money. I’m very sad about this. I did have my pedicure done once and it was very poor job. I had so much high hopes for this company, but I do not recommend it.
