    Cecilia Arredondo: I had a great experience with Carmen. The pedicure service was so attentive and Carmen did not spare any attention to detail. My toes looked so good and my feet have been smooth since my visit over 3 weeks ago. My manicure is gorgeous! Carmen helped me pick the perfect shade of red for the holiday season. Carmen shaped my nails to perfection! I have been getting compliments up until yesterday about my nails! I will be sorry to see them go but excited for my next set â˜ș. Lastly, Carmen’s studio is so beautiful! It’s so modern, squeaky clean and its just giving! Please go see Carmen, she is not only super talented but an amazing person! Can’t wait for my next visit!

    Sofia Tisnado: I came here with my mother a couple days before Mother’s Day. The lady working on my pedicure was Tiffany. I’m just here to say that my experience was not worth the money charged for the service. Tiffany was checked out since she started my pedicure..she kept getting up, left to take phone calls- she never once washed her hands. She returned with a foot scraper that looked like a cheese grader to use on my feet. ( See photos below) I had to move my foot back and tell her “oh no no , you’re not using that on my feet”. Diamond nail spa, I hope you’re reading this- do you know foot scrapers of this kind are banned in CA? And could be reported to the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology? honestly I should’ve walked out in that moment. Please work on your customer service and treatments. It’s not all about the money. Following state law and infection control standards are a must to be able to provide safety to your clients. You’ve lost business from us.

    Berenice Ramos: Best pedicure ever but really bad acrylic nails, I have been in this place many times but this was the last time. The lady who made my pedicure was super nice and she actually care and was very detailed but another lady made my acrylic nails and you can tell by the pictures how far they are to being even good. Besides It was $218 for 2 full sets and 1 pedicure, say what??? They gave me a “discount” so ended paying $200 not fair at all! I won’t ever recommend this place!

    Yvette Baker: My Manicure and Pedicure were both Fantastic. The ambience was relaxing and both treatments were so beautiful that I received multiple complements from people I did not even know especially when ever I gesture with my hands. Its quite apparent that their 1st class service is heads and shoulders above many in or near the Inland Empire. I learned early on to reserve my next/follow-up appointment in advance to be sure I had the date and time that fit my availability.

( I did file them down tho,cause they got to long for my liking, so they don’t look as pretty as when I first got them)

    Jill Gustin: You will not be disappointed!!! Nick and Tori are not only the sweetest people you will come across they are amazing at what they do. I have been getting acrylic nails for almost 20 years (4/5 year with Nick and Tori) and no one has better quality than these two. They are both not just nail techs but artists! They are clean and kind as well! Nicks eye for detail and shaping is a 10/10. I have not meet anyone as good! Tori’s designs amaze me and her sweet demeanor makes every experience worth the 45 minute drive!! Here are some of my favorite nails from over the years including my most recent!!

    Ariana Hidalgo: I love this nail salon! They are a hidden gem and their customer service and nail techs are outstanding. They are very reasonably priced. The salon is modern and clean very relaxing. It’s located in the Albertsons shopping center on the corner of the Panda Express. Tommy took me at 6:15pm without an appointment and did a full set and suggested ombrĂ© nails. They look so cute I love my nails and I will be returning and recommending this salon to everyone I know. Thank you Tommy!

    Lucero Lopez: Kim is super sweet and gentle. She did en excellent job on my gel manicure. She put the color I chose on one of my nails and made sure I liked how it looked before she continued. I highly recommend Nails Cycle.
