However, their front office staff is horrible, lacks customer service, does not greet people, is not helpful, and incredibly rude. she was upset that another employee lacked to give her I formation and was blaming my mom like if she worked there. After she completely shut down, stoped talking to us, and Even snatched a pen out of my mother’s hand when she was signing the receipt. This was brought up to the attention of another lead and they did nothing. We never complain and I’m not one to write reviews but this had to be said especially when you pay for service. Management needs to have a talk to their front staff and retract them how to act professionally.
