    Carrie Ransome: I received the best care and attention you could ask for and I didnt even know there was a hospital in Santa Ynez. From the security gentleman who was right there when we pulled up offering assistance to the triage department who were kind and super efficient I was blown away with the kindness and care. Then once in a room it just got better. My nurse was helpful and super caring to the 2 attending Drs in which their knowledge and experience showed and made me feel so cared for and in good hands. The radiology techs were top notch and super informative with tests I have had before yet never have been given the proper information like this. Hoping I dont need an emergency room or hospital in the near future but for sure feel safe knowing they are there to help. Great place!!!!

    Shona Stargill: I was asked to fill out paperwork. (I asked if it was more of the same questions I had filled out online Before the appointment and was told NO… ) well I then also needed to fill out questions on a iPad. That glitched before I could finish. Space was clean . The help behind the counter were about a 6 out of 10 as warm and helpful. I felt heard by the Dr and am pleased with the outcome.
