The back office staff (literally all of the wonderful ladies) are thorough, friendly, clean, and also provide excellent bedside manner. They are very resourceful when it comes to what is covered by insurance, and will work with you to set up payment plans for high out of pocket costs. There is never judgement, and I love that the whole team is willing to work together to get things done. The environment is calming despite the busy days. The doctors are wonderful. The assistants are wonderful. If you have dentist anxiety, this is the place to go. They will work with your schedule, move at your pace, and leave you smiling and confident.

I called Keith for advice even though the sensitivity started to subside, and he got me right in before my overseas trip. I was expecting a huge to-do, but was immensely pleased with the doctor’s recommendation to x-ray it, and monitor for repeat symptoms. It’s now the night before my trip, and I can rest with confidence having visited Dr. Hornsby and his incredibly hospitable staff.
