Matt and Sherylynn Strong I have this same dentist for the past two years and I was hesitant to find a new one since moving from the east coast. I do not regret since then and have been loyal to this Dentist. They did not judge from all of my previous dental works and have communicate with me very well especially with this sweet lady Luisana who always communicated with me via text messages because I am Deaf. The team were also amazing and was aware that I am Deaf and able to signal me to do what they wanted me to close or open my mouth or whatever they needed me to do, so that was really helpful!! I had a front teeth accident not long ago and they were able to take care of me quickly and also helped me understand different types of works that would work best for me so that was also nice to have options than them deciding for me.

What we really liked was that the doctor took the time to show us and explain what was causing the pain and why it couldnt be saved. Not only that the dental assistant took her time to explain the after care and follow up appointments and well as reaching out to the authorization department so we can push for other treatment that needs to be done before it becomes to late. Alberto Hernandez first time here. my daughter needed a root canal. Ana the receptionist was so amazing help me through the whole insurance process. Dr. Cervantes was so great doing the root canal process my daughter at first was so scared but Dr. Cervantes and his staff made my daughter feel so relaxed and not scared at all. She told me come right away for a toothache that ended up being a tooth abcess and needed a root canal asap. They got me back right away to get numb and start the root canal process. Dr. Lauren Ho was truly amazing. Great bedside manner, attentive and empathetic. Not only that they got this done so quick. The root canal specialist that did my root canal was amazing. I’ve been extremely scared to go to the dentist from past experiences ,actually terrified. This Dentist saw how nervous and scared I was. He did something that I never ever experienced at a dentist office he meditated with me before my procedure . He Calmed my nerves and I was so relaxed, I felt like I was talking to a friend that’s how comfortable I became. The procedure was fast and efficient. Before you know it, it was all done and painless. This doctor has completely changed the way I think about going to the dentist. If you have ever had a bad experience, you have to visit his office from making appointment to the back office, the procedure is absolutely an amazing experience !!! I called Keith for advice even though the sensitivity started to subside, and he got me right in before my overseas trip.
