1 /5 David Bennett: You know in the movies where the people are on the run and can’t go to a real doctor. That’s what the waiting room feels like when you sit down. Now...don’t judge a book by its cover, so I fill out the forms and have my appt. The receptionist was not there that day so Dr. Isaqi tried to see if she took my insurance. After multiple conversations and later phone calls she did and my first visit, xrays and cleaning would be covered. Turns out, that wasn’t the case. Not only did I have a copay, but had additional bill as well. Had I known she was not in my network, I would have never made it past the waiting room. Her staff, while friendly, transposes numbers so it took about 15min to take my card over the phone, get the number right and give me confirmation that we were done. I am done. While I don’t think it was malfeasance, incompetence and the unprofessional way she manages her business does not evoke confidence in how she will manage my private information, process payments and work with my insurance to provide the best overall care. The lack of cleanliness made me question what would be the result of extensive dental work if needed.
Can’t say much about her as a dentist, as I was only getting teeth cleaning and X-ray.
