5 /5 Ben: BEST AUTO SHOP IN VENTURA !! Was in a pinch needing a same day diagnostic for a minor suspension issue and Marc got me in with the best technician within an hour. Found the problem within 30 minutes, tightened some loose sway bolts and didn’t even charge me These guys are lifesavers and will definitely be coming back !!

They had a ride for me to go home, and updated every step, they are automated in service updates so it was super wasteful and my ML350 purrs after sounding like a farting cow when I started it! Im so appreciative and they are so polite!

My car broke down on the side of the road and the manager helped me know more about my car repairs. They are very professional and honest about the repairs to guarantee come back in the near future. I’m impressed how fast they worked on my car in my situation. The best part was not being worried and feeling confident that they will fix the problem in a fast pace. I was blessed to run into them in my situation and they also have a shuttle to pick you up and drop you off.
