I was having issues with my car but was on a budget, and while they are a little on the pricey side, the thorough job they do and the detailed inspection made it worth it. They let me know what needed to be done right away and what could wait a little while, even printed me a list that was put in priority order of what needed to be done. Highly recommend

5 /5 sage w: There is more than one reason why DMC Auto Repair is a AAA recommended auto repair shop, and Id give it a AAA+++. My first experience was in 2017 for a AAA inspection before buying a used car. They found several issues: a recall the VW dealership seemed unaware, and another minor issue - and then gave the car a sterling recommendation. With their continued service/maintenance, my car runs like new. I usually dealer serviced my autos, but now I only service vehicles at DMC. Theyre like the Guardian Angels of my car. In the brief times Im in their office, there are always happy customers, some clearly longtime and maintaining their precious aging cars. Ive seen all brands in their shop. The managers are courteous, knowledgeable, explain everything and take the time to answer my questions. They honor their quotes - which are very fair. And I have never had to go back to re-fix or adjust anything after service or repair. Bonus:- their super prompt pick and drop off service.

5 /5 Mike Long: SUV had a mystery but troubling noise. Had one more day of vacation at the end of a trip so wanted to get it checked out while still off work. Found DMC online and was excited to be able to make an appointment online at an odd hour and they had slots available on my last day off. Took it in to leave it for the day for diagnosis and everyone we met was very friendly, cordial and professional. David explained the process and what it would cost and I left it there. Sadly late in the day they texted me and then David called unfortunately with bad news, though I kind of expected it. The vehicle would need a new engine most likely, a proposition that we werent willing to do pouring more money into a well used car. I was glad for their input which helped us decide to buy a new car finally and I thought their diagnostic cost was fair. Ill definitely go back when I have other needs.

5 /5 Dan Willard: My experience with DMC Automotive Repair was all positive. Lori was very friendly and helpful on the phone and so was everyone else there. I appreciated the efficiency and updates by email and text. They even provide a free shuttle service and in my case a loaner car because the shuttle driver was out sick. I will definitely be taking my car back to them from now on.

5 /5 Mark Rodrigo: Amazing service and team. David was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and insightful. He walked me through the entire process and made sure that I understood everything they were doing. The multi-point inspection was very thorough. Will come here for all my needs moving forward.
