1 /5 Claudia B: If I can give them a 0 I would definitely give them a 0 star. DO NOT waste your money at this place! I took my teenager to get her braces done here & paid $2,800, really cheap right! After the treatment finished she accidentally broke her retainer I called right away & didn’t get an appointment till 1 month later. I called 1 week & even 2 weeks later to see if I can get in sooner because we noticed her teeth were shifting but they said that’s all they had.The day of her appointment came, a month later, she went in to have her teeth resized to get a new retainer. We were told they would call us when the retainers got there. They never called! I had to call & the girl that answered said the office was going to be closed for 1 month which I was never told! So now my daughter went 2 months without her retainer which caused her teeth to shift even more. HR said the Doctor didn’t want to retreat & blamed it on my daughter needing to have a frenectomy done first. Really! If they would have told me this since the beggining before starting treatment I would have taken my daughter to get a frenectomy done first before wasting my money here! I told the girl at HR & she said “well there is different doctors in this office”. Ok, so what does that mean? They are not professional at all here! All they care about is the money and not about the patient.I DO NOT recommend this place!! DO NOT go here!! You will be wasting your money! You pay cheap you get cheap!

1 /5 Rubi Lopez: My retainer broke recently and I need a new one replaced quickly. My appointment is booked a month from now which it shouldnt be if I am getting a new pair of retainers. I would understand one month apart for braces but for one month for retainers? Its ridiculous and a serious problem. During the month my teeth will be shifted and there would be no point of fixing them again if my parent paid 3k to fix my teeth. I NEED a earlier appointment now.

Harman Bedi: I took my brother and my brother gaged so they took his X-rays on the big machine and then I told the lady in charge that he needs simple cleaning and she said that it’ll pain him because he gags, they wanted to do deep cleaning but he just needs simple cleaning. My brother isn’t mentally well, he’s mentally disabled, he’s a toddler in the brain but in general he’s grownup man and he has seizures too. Anyway, this lady kept saying that he needs to go to UCLA because he can’t stay steady, whose going to there if there’s dentists in Bakersfield just to do check up and simple cleaning, I mean what are the dentists are for in Bakersfield. Do not go to this dentist, unless you want to waste your time at the place. The lady is the worst and so are the dentists, couple kind people but that’s all you’re going to get out of the place at best. They don’t care about mentally or physically disabled people it seems like. Do not recommend it. They ignore all of it. Highly suggest to going to the other places like Omni and first choice dentistry. Don’t waste your time with these people because they don’t care.
