    JL Zavala: What an excellent tow truck service and auto mechanic. Macario is the man, is all I could say. I got in an accident and my truck looked like it was ruined. I called J&A, they were down the road where I got hit, and they arrived in 5 minutes. He was totally hands on pro at putting my truck onto his flatbed and he took me home. On the way, we negotiated the work and he agreed to take it to his shop and work on it. I went and checked today, man, work was done. My tire looks right again. He did the job we agreed on and Im very happy. Im posting this review, just got off the phone with him, he accepts credit cards so thats a huge plus. I totally recommend Macario and J&A towing,auto,and truck mechanics. Real pros who get the job done. Thank you Macario and the rest of J&A for your services to me. P.N the picture of my truck next to that gate is for reference. Im trying to show that it looks similar to this now that Macario worked on it. Just an upper control arm assembly turns out but it looked worse than actually is.

    Bobby D: I went here to get a diagnostic and explained some other issues with the vehicle and had a diagnostic ran. I was told if you want the repair here no charge for diagnostic $150, great no problem, problem was I was never given a diagnostic or anything as to what was wrong with my car except a few things he explained when I picked the car up but nothing detailed, I have been asking for the diagnostic or paperwork showing he did anything and Im left in read and ignored for months. The only thing he mentioned he did was recharge a.c for 150$ instead and has since ignored me. I had to takeit to a different mechanic shortly after because a check engine light qs well as I was told he didnt even do the a.c recharge properly and mentioned he should have replaced the schrader valve on a recharge and service because it was older and needed to be replaced. All I really needed at the end of the day was some paperwork showing you did what initially charged me for or atleast some paperwork detailing what I needed another mechanic to repair instead.

    Alan Gomez: Kept my car for two days for an alignment after they lost my appointment. They didn’t do the alignment because I needed control arms sure whatever , charged me half an hour of labor for absolutely nothing and I couldn’t get to work because of them. Not only did they charge me when I came in, they didn’t know where my keys or car were and they ended up leaving them in the car with the window down for who knows how long.

    Sean Kelly: Minus 5 stars. brought my car in for a tune up and oil change. It’s a 1965 restore classic in mint condition, After picking up the car and placing in the garage, went to wash it a couple days later and the front grill was broken. Was prop and wedge in place and when I touch it with the cleaning rag the middle section fell off. Needless to say I was a little upset, call left a message and never received a call back. The most dishonest thing to do to a customer. If you value your car don’t bring it here

My last visit was an emergency brake issue. Israel took the time to explain the diagnostic and the repair process. Even though they were closing in 30 minutes, they still took my car in and were able to fix it (past closing time even) no problem. I believe Luis worked on my car. I’m very thankful that they were able to fix my car last minute. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.
