1 /5 Bobby D: I went here to get a diagnostic and explained some other issues with the vehicle and had a diagnostic ran. I was told if you want the repair here no charge for diagnostic $150, great no problem, problem was I was never given a diagnostic or anything as to what was wrong with my car except a few things he explained when I picked the car up but nothing detailed, I have been asking for the diagnostic or paperwork showing he did anything and Im left in read and ignored for months. The only thing he mentioned he did was recharge a.c for 150$ instead and has since ignored me. I had to takeit to a different mechanic shortly after because a check engine light qs well as I was told he didnt even do the a.c recharge properly and mentioned he should have replaced the schrader valve on a recharge and service because it was older and needed to be replaced. All I really needed at the end of the day was some paperwork showing you did what initially charged me for or atleast some paperwork detailing what I needed another mechanic to repair instead.
