Eric Wilms I recently took my 2012 handicap van to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and a general check-up, and I had a great experience. The staff was professional, personal, and very helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, making it easy to understand what my vehicle needed. The service was quick and efficient, and I appreciated their attention to detail. It’s always nice to work with a team that’s friendly and genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

Thomas K Schultheis LOTS OF ISSUES: They totally up-sold me to services I didnt request. They charged me for a part that I supplied and charge me $50 labor for a task that the manager said took less than two minutes. Im checking my tires. I had to take time out of my day to go back and get a credit for my supplied part. The next morning, I discovered that my tire stem caps, which were chrome and that I put on a few days prior to my servicing, were missing. Its not that they are terribly expensive, its inconvenience of having to re-order something I had done a week before. I also asked that my invoices be emailed to me and they were unable to do that. I have no way of knowing that the radiator flush was done or if the right anti phrase was added, nor do I know if the heavy duty synthetic oil was actually added.

Jose Martinez He tried to sell me a new transmission for 5k. When I all needed was a tune up on a mis fire code. Hes too busy to care. Be warned.

Arturo Martinez Got my a/c condenser replaced on my little Honda with zero issues. David was nice enough to advise me to check honda first for any warranty coverage just to save some money, to my luck it had expired already. David was able to locate the part in 2 days while other shops said it will take up to a week and got it installed as soon as it arrived to his shop. Thank you David.

Sean Kelly Minus 5 stars. brought my car in for a tune up and oil change. It’s a 1965 restore classic in mint condition, After picking up the car and placing in the garage, went to wash it a couple days later and the front grill was broken. Was prop and wedge in place and when I touch it with the cleaning rag the middle section fell off. Needless to say I was a little upset, call left a message and never received a call back. The most dishonest thing to do to a customer. If you value your car don’t bring it here

JL Zavala What an excellent tow truck service and auto mechanic. Macario is the man, is all I could say. I got in an accident and my truck looked like it was ruined. I called J&A, they were down the road where I got hit, and they arrived in 5 minutes. He was totally hands on pro at putting my truck onto his flatbed and he took me home. On the way, we negotiated the work and he agreed to take it to his shop and work on it. I went and checked today, man, work was done. My tire looks right again. He did the job we agreed on and Im very happy. Im posting this review, just got off the phone with him, he accepts credit cards so thats a huge plus. I totally recommend Macario and J&A towing,auto,and truck mechanics. Real pros who get the job done. Thank you Macario and the rest of J&A for your services to me. P.N the picture of my truck next to that gate is for reference. Im trying to show that it looks similar to this now that Macario worked on it. Just an upper control arm assembly turns out but it looked worse than actually is.

Javier Sosa Absolutely amazing service. I put in a request for a tow through AAA and waited hours (almost 5 hours) to get a tow because the other company was short staffed so my tow kept getting pushed back due to distance. This other company friendly towing never passed on the call & just kept me waiting. After so many calls to AAA they finally were able to get the other shop to pass the call & thats when J&A came to the rescue. Withing 20 minutes they showed up and towed my car an hour away with no issues. 10/10 recommend.

Jarrod Cousins I highly recommend Auto Tech Service Center, Inc. I called and a live person answered. They quickly got me in. I thought I needed a major repair. Jerman found a missing bolt and got me back on the road. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

William Paul German and his Team have always been very professional and meticulous in their work.I will only trust Auto Tech for all of my automotive repair needs and I recommend and refer them to all of my friends that need repairs on their vehicles. I’ve been trusting him with my vehicle for well over 10 years and he is the first person I call when I need any repairs done on my older 1997 Lexus ES300 in fact I’ll be contacting him in the next week or two to have A/C repairs done. German and his guys are the men !! They get it done and return your vehicle repaired , washed and shined up 10 out of 10 rating.

Kathy Kessler Hollister Collision Center did a great job of giving us an estimate for the repair of our Honda CR-V. Unfortunately, the damage was extensive and the car was totaled. Jamaica talked us through the process, our claim with insurance, and working with the adjuster. While we didnt see the result of a finished car, I know we will use them in the future.

Stuart Plett Ive dealt with Hollister Collision Center for a couple cases now. The last situation I totaled my truck and they were so nice to me in dealing with everything that had to be done when a vehicle gets totaled like that and helps me with the insurance company. I would like to name Everybody by name but I cant remember everybody but your first Contact will Madie at the front desk and then Jamaica I believe runs the office and from the owner down to the shop guy everybody is particularly helpful and caring so I gave everybody five stars above and I would have given them 10 so Ill add the other five right here. So you can be assured youll get great small town friendly service in their shop

John Bejar Mike Rick Susie and team have done completely right by me since I moved back to Hollister and started bringing my car there. They are very upfront, honest, and do a good job explaining things before, during, and after. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Theyve done everything for me from standard maintenance to a few tricky engine codes, and those were diagnosed spot on and fixed.

Cyndi McCue We were in the middle of a several stop road trip when we lost power to the galley appliances and outlets. We called several places until we found J&M. Maria was super helpful and knowledgeable, asked great questions and arranged for our visit. Joe checked out everything, found and remedied our problem, educated us about the rv systems, and sent us happily on our way. Hubs said hed drive up to Hollister from socal if we need work done in the future.

Andy Buteau Joe and his crew got our cargo trailer brakes fixed quickly and got us back on the road. They were real heroes to the three high school color guard teams that were depending on getting that trailer to L.A. for their championship. The kids are so grateful! Ryan Weber Moises was great - very knowledgeable and charged an affordable rate. My engine started acting up along the 25 on a Sunday morning when no other nearby mechanics were working. He came out and diagnosed the issue (spark plug), got new parts and replaced right away. Aside from the car service, Moises was a very friendly and genuine person. I definitely recommend his service.

Dayna Dias Moses was absolutely amazing. Called him and he was there to help me and fix the problem twice now highly recommend using his services will definitely be calling him again if the need pops!

They looked at it right away, patched it, and had me out in just a few minutes. And the price was more than fair. It’s so great to find people who go out of their way to help.

Debbie My battery died while I was on my lunch and some people were helping me try to jump the car, but we couldnt get it. Rey stopped and helped. He got it jumped with ease and said I should stop by the shop to get my battery tested and said they have like a 5 year warranty. The service inside the shop was quick and the price for the new battery was fair.

shane b Had a great experience with Jack Fox Auto Service. I am from out of town and brought my Rv in to what I thought was a broken exhaust manifold but turned out to be something else that was a minor fix. Jack Fox was very honest about it. They could have very easily not told me and charged way more. They got me in and fixed the same day which was great since we are from out of town and were staying in the rv while in Monterey. I would highly recommend there service to anyone! They did great work and are very friendly and honest with you which is hard to find these days. Thank you Jack Fox!!!

Brian Fitz-Gerald My 2000 Mercedes SLK230 broke down in Hollister directly after painting the car with my father. I had been told by my mechanic at home to get rid of the car due to the electrical issues. I was lucky to find Cohen’s in Hollister. They had the right contacts and experience to save the car, repairing the Driver Operating System and Engine Computer Unit. Thanks to Cohen’s I get to keep my SLK and a father/son project alive. You guys are great!

SOS Machines It took me years to find a mechanic of this caliber, who specializes in German cars. Ive been a customer for 10 years now, and I will not take my Audi anywhere else.

Bob beals Did a great job of troubleshooting the problems and found that some of the previous work that was done was of poor quality. He fixed that and replaced a bad coil. Runs like a top now

Christina Keyes Hawkins is by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced shop in town. Youd be remiss to go to anywhere else. I was traveling through the area when my check engine light came on, and I was lucky enough to find Eric after getting ridiculous quotes from the other rude, narcissistic mechanics in town. Eric never actually worked on my vehicle, I ended up doing the repair myself, but he went out of his way to talk me through it, told me where to get the part from, and even cleared the codes once I completed it. Super nice guy, extremely knowledgeable and honest, and has the best rate in town. I know- Ive checked them all. Id drive out of my way to have Eric work on my truck if I ever need to in the future. Life saver!

Mihran Tascioglu Didn’t stop by but called asking if anyone could service my vehicle around Christmas. He said he doesn’t do that sort of work but he recommended a friend that does. Not sure if I was speaking with the Ruiz himself but the gentleman I was on the phone with was very polite.

John Schulte Mike is the best mechanic Ive ever used, his diagnostic ability and skill are top tier, very friendly and always takes the time to discuss the issues the and approaches to the repair of those issues. We tend to run the wheels off our cars, he always keeps them well running.
