5 /5 Clarissa P.: Lety is the baddest barber in the Valley. I started seeing her a few years ago and I dont let anyone else touch my hair now. She is always honest with her feedback on what would work best with my head and hair. She has learned my every cowlick and how each hair falls, so she executes a master cut every time. Shes always willing to listen and make any adjustments to my cut if I want them. Shell never steer your wrong. She is very friendly and if you speak Spanish youll have someone to laugh with and tell your stories to. I have a nephew with Autism thats struggles with haircuts sometimes, especially with being impatient. She is so patient with him and figures out ways to work with him so he can have a pleasant and well done haircut experience. Mil Gracias, Lety! I cant reccomend her enough! The place is very nice and clean at all times! I cant reccomend Lety enough! Edit: Still love my barber. Still amazing!

1 /5 Emmanuel Jauregui: Horrible attitude from the older lady there, i ask her if she had time, and she just answer i am busy, so i asked it it would take her too long, and just answer again i am busy, with bad attitude. Just wont ever go there again, in the other hand, guys at urban fade next too subway super cool and alot of people working there willing to answer a simple question.

J Rivera: I like the salon. I really liked the lady who cut my hair. The overall cut was beautiful. But one problem was I had my hair past my belly button. All I wanted was a trim, layers, and bangs. Showed her references as to the kind of layers i was looking for and bangs. She gave me beautiful layers and bangs. However, she didnt keep the length. Only 1 inch shouldve been taken off but after measuring when I got home, it was about 5 inches cut off. Id probably go to her again for an actual cut, but never for a trim. I need someone who knows how to manage long hair and do layers for long hair. Seems like this place was not the right fit for me. Its very disappointing as my long hair is a cultural and religious aspect. Who knows how long itll take to grow back. And with that said, this place wasnt the right fit for me. Also, she was very sweet and nice, but was constantly on her phone booking appointments while cutting my hair. Maybe that was part of it. I dont know. Seems like this place can use a receptionist. If your looking for an actual cut, she is great, but I dont recommend if you have long hair and trying to keep the length. If I can show a before and after on here, I would. Doesnt look like an option. But Ive been sobbing since I got home and got to actually look at the difference. There was no reason 1 inch or even 2 inches should go to 5 inches. Just because I needed a trim doesnt mean that I dont have the right to layers and that sort of cut without my hair getting butchered. This has been devastating. The cut overall was beautiful and the stylist has talent. But I didnt want my hair cut short.
