Pallavi Toor: I had a wonderful experience during my first visit! Brittney Alvarez is incredibly skilled at cutting and coloring hair just the way I wanted. She genuinely listens to what you’re looking for, which I really appreciated. With my heavy volume hair, she’s the only stylist I trust completely! I highly recommend her to anyone in search of a fantastic haircut. Overall, the staff is also really friendly and helpful!

K Hubbard: I’m very surprised to read the reviews regarding Erica the receptionist because I have been coming here for several years and every single time I’ve walked in the door she doesn’t speak to you! Nothing!!! Doesn’t even look up!
I’m sitting here right now and watched several people walk in and nothing to them either. She’s walked by me a couple times and doesn’t acknowledge I’m sitting here. She’s too busy on her cellphone.
That is so rude to have the person at the entrance of your business not greet people that walk through your door! Very unprofessional!
I’m sure she’s very sweet to the people that work here or people she knows but she needs some customer service training considering where she sits.
