K Hubbard: I’m very surprised to read the reviews regarding Erica the receptionist because I have been coming here for several years and every single time I’ve walked in the door she doesn’t speak to you! Nothing!!! Doesn’t even look up! I’m sitting here right now and watched several people walk in and nothing to them either. She’s walked by me a couple times and doesn’t acknowledge I’m sitting here. She’s too busy on her cellphone. That is so rude to have the person at the entrance of your business not greet people that walk through your door! Very unprofessional! I’m sure she’s very sweet to the people that work here or people she knows but she needs some customer service training considering where she sits.

Kat James: Maria was wonderful. She messaged ahead of time to know what style my daughter wanted for her quince and let us know what to expect. She was quick but took the time to get the look right. Results were gorgeous and her curls lasted for days. Plus the atmosphere was fun. Dont know if it was just for Halloween but I loved the Audrey II statue! Haha

She was supposed to see a hairdresser named dawn, from the get-go even before the appointment over text she acted as It was an inconvenience to have to do my mothers hair, My mother has a very beautiful long luxurious shiny hair. There should be no reason why she would not do a simple haircut. We walked in, she was very snobby very rude didnt even look at my moms hair. Seen a piece of dandruff and yelled to the whole salon you have lice. I will not do your hair, My mother and I are very careful with our hair It means a lot to us. We know damn well that we do not have lice. If I could give this place negative stars I would. My mother is mortified and we will not be returning
