5 /5 JA 090: I assume youre reading these reviews to determine whether those places can do a great job on body work. Let me tell you not to look any further because you found the right place!! I own a 2000 Honda Prelude Type SH and I was devastated when I found out the tow truck company that was responsible for transporting my car to another shop damaged my drivers side fender while under their care. It had such a deep scratch and the tow truck company told me it would be better to just replace it but parts for my car are extremely rare to find and all my body panels are the original parts and I didnt want a replacement. A co-worker of mine recommended me this place and as soon as it got delivered to this shop they spent weeks trying to find another fender (which didnt surprise me) and finally just decided to repair the original fender which was exactly what I wanted. I even asked them to repair the front bumper and restore the headlights since they were already damaged and faded from the previous owner of my car. A week later, I was filled with excitement and happiness when I saw my cars fender not only repaired, but the bumper and the headlight were also repaired/restored and looked brand new. I even got new door seals straight from the Honda dealership. On top of that, they had a mobile detailing van clean my car inside and out, which was just the cherry on top. Hector even came to the shop on his day off for a brief moment on the weekend to open the shop so I can pay for my portion of the repairs and take my car home that same day which was SUPER nice and chill of him to do! So please, take my word when I say these guys really dont mess around and do an amazing job at what they do and everyone there is very professional. I was afraid of other people working on my car because of how rare it is and felt like I couldnt trust anyone. I gave this place a chance, and I do not regret it one bit. You should definitely give this place a chance too. These guys make it right and really make you feel like youre important to them. You will definitely not be disappointed with the experience and your results!!

Hector was thoroughly professional and ensured he would make it happen within a week provided all the parts made it in time. Hector was very professional, communicative, and reassuring through the whole process. Hector and his staff went out of their way to keep things on schedule and get the necessary parts on time. They also offered to drop and pick me up from my location which was a great personal touch! We were down to the last few hours of Friday and Hector and the staff worked over lunch to make it happen in time and my car was perfect and was detailed in time! Even offered an update next time I was in town. Massive kudos to the entire staff at Auto tech collision. They really turned a stressful situation into delight and customer happiness! If you are looking for an honest, reliable, and quality craftsmanship look no further and take your car to Hector and his team! Wish them the best as they look to open another location in Monterey!
