    Casey S: This is my 3rd experience with Liz and Jose’s muffler shop and I will be a lifetime customer. To say that my experience was top notch is an understatement. As a woman, it is especially rare to feel like this leaving any shop that has to do with automobiles. It’s often a place where you feel dismissed or at risk of being taken advantage of. Not here. Reasons why you should choose THIS muffler shop over literally any other in the Bay Area below: 1. Empathy - Liz and Jose treat you like a person. You can tell they value their customers and go above and beyond to help 2. Financials - Literally saved my car from being totaled by insurance. They helped to get a reasonable price for a catalytic converter theft replacement and built a beast of a cage to protect it. If I didn’t go here I would have been in a panic shopping for a new car. 3. Education - They took the time to educate me on warranty and care of my new catalytic converter. Making sure product lasts for their customers shows that you are always put before profit 4. Speed - My car was back to me DAYS before the estimate. That saved me money on rentals to commute to work 5. Extra Mile - Liz and Jose gave me tips on their favorite cars that are not targets to thieves. They didn’t need to do this but they even were looking out for future me with these recommendations This shop is rock solid. I tell everyone at work who may need a cage about them. Despite the unfortunate circumstances that I had to go there, I consider myself very fortunate to have found this shop.

    Judy Fein: From beginning to end the service was courteous & beautifully done. I had a repair to my rear passenger door, trim on rear wheel well same side and repainting/touch up on front passenger door. Their estimate was clear. They worked with my insurance company and made the repair a fairly painless process. When I dropped off my car they called the rental car company for me to get a ride All in all this is by far the best experience I’ve had at such a shop. I was treated with respect.

    noelle hernandez: Would definitely leave zero stars if I could. I brought my car in for a window repair and was hoping to use the warranty I have on my car. They said they work with these companies however my policy would not cover how much their charges would be. The diagnostic alone was over 200$ so I decided to try to find a shop that hopefully charged less so that I could use the warranty I paid for. I informed them of this and that I would pick up my car that afternoon when my husband could give me a ride. I got in my car the next day to find they never put my door panels back together. Apparently it would cost me extra for this. Ive never had a shop take your car apart to diagnose the work but when you decide to take your car elsewhere they will charge you more to put it back together. They also suggested, when i called to ask why this happened, that it was possibly done as a favor to the next person who does the work and that being that l wasnt going through them for the work that I possibly wasnt financially capable of paying the excess of having them put it back together again. The customer service was at a bar so low I really was shocked at it. I never really write reviews but just thought people should have a heads up since I wasnt given that heads up when I came to get my car and just found my door panels in the trunk.

    Dr. Ross A. Ramos: Mike and his team are the best. I don’t go anywhere else. Had no AC and a right front running light out. I had tried a new light and new fuse. Didn’t fix the problem. Mike gave me an estimate of $430 to recharge the AC and track down the light problem. It would take about 4 hours. However my truck was ready in 1 1/2 hours and the bill was only $350. This is why I go only to Letcher Bros.

    El Jay: Raul is a rip off artist.. He charged me $350 and didnt do the work.. He is gonna try to lie and say the part was $350 but the Mercedes dealership says something different.. Raul left the door off my car and tried to charge me $900 to put it back on, and finish the work he was supposed to do for $350.. And the dealership only charged me $550 for the same work.. Do not, I repeat do not go there unless you like being robbed without a gun
