5 /5 Dr. Ross A. Ramos: Mike and his team are the best. I don’t go anywhere else. Had no AC and a right front running light out. I had tried a new light and new fuse. Didn’t fix the problem. Mike gave me an estimate of $430 to recharge the AC and track down the light problem. It would take about 4 hours. However my truck was ready in 1 1/2 hours and the bill was only $350. This is why I go only to Letcher Bros.

1 /5 zacco store: I was overcharged for a service that was never fully completed. They kept my car for days with zero updates, only to return it in worse shape than before. I had to chase them down just to get basic answers, and the excuses were endless. They talk big, but when it comes time to deliver, it’s all delays, lies, and blame games. I paid for work that I now have to get redone somewhere else — out of my own pocket. This isn’t just bad service, it’s borderline theft. You don’t just lose money here — you lose time, patience, and trust. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I trust them to do whatever they deem necessary to keep my vehicles safe and in excellent running condition. With that being said, I speak from experience, I was automotive repair shop owner in San Francisco for over 20 years. You can trust the staff to provide excellent service and repairs!

1 /5 abdulbari gul: Stay away from this place. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful business in my life. A complete waste of time and money. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, but their attitude was also rude and dismissive. There’s zero professionalism, no regard for customer satisfaction, and absolutely no honesty. If you enjoy being disrespected and throwing your money away, this is the place. Otherwise, steer clear. I’m leaving this review so others won’t have to go through the same horrible experience. I truly hope this helps at least one person avoid this place.

5 /5 Diane Francis: Every detail of the appointment was 100% excellent! From making the appointment, arrival, Jeannettes efficiency, the rides to and from the shop, and most of all the superb work on our Prius. Weve been bringing our cars to Mike for 30 years and there are none better!
