1 /5 Anthony Yamzon: OVERPRICED AND ULTIMATELY INEFFECTIVE
My recent experience with California Auto Repair Services has been nothing short of an infuriating blend of incompetence and audacity. One would assume that a $500 repair bill would, at the very least, come with a resolution or a proper repair. I GOT NEITHER.
I expected a professional diagnosis and an effective repair (I paid $500!). Instead, I received vague assurances and an invoice that seemed more like a ransom demand than a reflection of services rendered. The initial problems that I needed fixed were left unchanged, making me seriously question the skill and the integrity of this business.
The complete lack of communication throughout the process was my first red flag. Any questions I asked were met with a condescending demeanor and dismissiveness - a TOTAL contrast to the professionalism one would expect from a supposedly reputable service provider.
What completely shook me was the nonchalant attitude they had when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Rather than addressing the failure to fix my original issue, they were more interested in defending their incompetence and suggested another diagnostic - a desperate money grab without any guarantee of results.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS and find a different trustworthy establishment, unless you want to find yourself in a similar position to mine.
