Clear communication and transparency is very hard to come by when it comes to car mechanics, but its just one of the many areas where Boradori excels. I came here for a pre-purchase inspection, and I was blown away by how helpful these folks were. They even brought me back and showed me the undercarriage of the car while it was on their lift. Cory made sure I understood what to look for and did an awesome job of walking me through their reasonings. Ive never had an experience with a mechanic that comes close to how well I was taken care of by Boradori. They turned a curious caller into a loyal customer who will definitely be going to them for all of my future vehicle needs!

From the moment I first contacted them by phone, and through the entire process of getting my car back fully repaired, I had an excellent experience with them. When they complete a regular service like an oil change theyll let you know what additional services your car needs but they also show you what they see on your vehicle and what it should look like. They tell you how urgent the various recommendations are and understand that your car is an important expense but not your only expense! I feel comfortable after my car has been serviced here knowing that it was done right and that if there were things to be concerned about, they would tell me. I always recommend Boradori when friends say they need work done on their car!
