    T. Meyer: my AAA insurance allows work to be done at three different shops in Chico. I went to one a number of years ago and they were good. I thought I would try Fix Auto this time and I found their communication and customer service, on the whole, to be very good. There were a few things they could’ve communicated better such as giving me more notice when the car would be ready and what my options would be regarding picking up or leaving the rental car at the shop, versus my having to take the time to drive it all the way across town and then get a ride over to the shop…. The work appeared to be great and was delivered on time and with a good explanation. Managers were very polite and took initiative whenever they could.

    cassie corridoni: The guys at Auto Stop are the best in town. Being new to Chico I didnt know of a mechanic to trust so I asked a friend whos lived in Chico for 30+ years and he swore by them. Ive used Auto Stop for a year now for brakes, leaks, checking out my car when I hear a strange noise, and even changing a headlight bulb. Every single time they give me a wonderful experience, never charging me over and always managing their customers well as the job is typically done quite fast! I cannot say enough how comfortable I feel bringing and entrusting these guys with my vehicle. As a bonus, theres a sweet pup you can pet while you wait! Highly recommended!

    Deborah: I am a tall, blonde, woman with glasses and I have had past experience with mechanics who try to treat me like Im an idiot who doesnt know anything about cars, and take advantage of me. NOT THIS PLACE. Accurate auto is the only place in Chico I will take all my cars to, because I trust them and they do good and honest work. This is not a big shop so they might take a little longer to get the work done, but this also means you get personal attention and direct attention to your needs.
