NOT THIS PLACE. Accurate auto is the only place in Chico I will take all my cars to, because I trust them and they do good and honest work. This is not a big shop so they might take a little longer to get the work done, but this also means you get personal attention and direct attention to your needs.

4 /5 L G: These guys are fast and they have a good waiting room plus they are dog friendly. I just brought my vehicle in for a check of the tires and brakes. They did not try to sell me anything that I didnt need. I appreciate their honesty. And feel safe with that. I would five star them except I didnt really have any work done to be able to give an accurate five star.

Diego Campos: Some time ago, I took my car in due to a short circuit in the turn signals and to have new LED tail lights installed. The turn signal issue was resolved without a problem, but regarding the tail lights, I was told they couldn’t be installed because additional wiring was needed, which would make the job more expensive. He said he wasn’t sure if I would want to proceed, so he didn’t do the installation. However, unlike most places that call you with a quote and ask for approval, he didn’t follow up. Not only did he not complete the installation, but he also charged me as if he had. He simply told me that the tail lights were left in the trunk and showed me the work done on the short circuit issue. I never checked if the tail lights had been returned in good condition. Today, I was about to install them and was surprised to find they were scratched. I believe the shop didn’t install them because they damaged the lights and didn’t want to take responsibility. I don’t have the evidence to prove this, as it was my mistake to trust them and not check sooner. I’m just sharing this as a reminder: always inspect your vehicle thoroughly after any work is done. I also found that the rear bumper clip was broken, which adds to my suspicion.

Austen Young: Do not ever, I repeat ever take your engines here, they messed up 2 blocks of mine and refused to take blame for them. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. The owner will cuss at you and call you dumb straight to your face. They will blame you for the issues and say it was your fault. They need to be shut down.
