5 /5 Elaine Harris: Years ago when I lived in and near Red Bluff Bob’s Tires is where I always went. Moved closer to Chico & just used Costco. Other day had a puncture in a tire. Long story short, Lance explained why it was not advised to just replace the one tire as I have AWD. Price for all 4 tires was reasonable. The plus was tires were in stock & put on my car immediately. From now on I will definitely be using Bob’s again. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

5 /5 Candice Jensen: Ive had my ups and downs with Bobs tires over the years and ventured over regretfully to a different dealer. We did buy new tires for our horse trailer Bobs and recently had a flat because of a screw I ran over. Today I took my tire in for the repair, Raul helped me. He had great great customer service fields and my tire was fixed quickly at no cost. Today because of Raul, Im giving a five-star review!

2 /5 Eric I: Great install on new tires, but disappointed in overall service. The front tires were experiencing extreme positive camber due to a recent upgrade and an alignment needed to be done. I asked the service advisor but was told the technician was too busy to complete the alignment and needed to wait two weeks for the next available appointment. Ended up going to Les Schwab the next day for an alignment. Spend almost 2 grand on tires and get told tires are going to excessively wear but wait two weeks for a remedy after putting on brand new tires and acknowledge it will impact the tires..no thanks.

5 /5 Mandy Bilotto: The guys at Bob’s Tire in Red Bluff are wonder wonderful, I had a few cracks that needed to be repaired and a few other things replaced. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and kept me updated on their progress daily plus sent me photos of my vehicle. They even filled my windshield wiper fluid, it’s hard to find trustworthy and reliable people now days but Bob’s has a great group of guys there. Thank you again for all your work and communication through the process, means a lot to me. Mandy B

Bobby VonBargen: I havent lived in Visalia very long, so I did my research and found RJs. When I called, I was addressed with professionalism and courtesy. They freely volunteered information and had no problem quoting me an estimate. From the moment I walked in I got a good first impression. The lot and the office were clean. I was not interrupting anyone from texting. I got zero "creepy vibe". Every person I encountered still maintained the same level of courtesy and professionalism I was met with on the phone. They were very transparent and made sure that I was clearly informed. When I handed over the keys to my wifes van, I was offered a ride home and would be picked up when it was ready. They offered any information I could have asked about. The work was good. The estimate was accurate, and their time estimate reasonable. They guaranteed their work and even followed up with a text making recommendations complete with photo evidence. I dont have to take their word for it. I can see what needs to be done. Im sorry to say I do not easily trust mechanics, and when I find a good one I am a loyal customer. I couldnt tell you if I could find the work done more cheaply. In my mind this was money well spent. I rarely write these reviews, but this one is absolutely worth my time. I will be back, and I would recommend RJs to anyone.
