5 /5 Fenton ess: Back story: I’m driving through town roughly 1000 miles after having my jeep worked on in Colorado. I pulled into the O’Reillys parking lot next door and I see my driver side coil spring off seat and about to fall out. I go to the O’Reillys, Napa auto parts, and the other auto shop in town… all no help, no tools or anything I could have bought or used to fix my issue.
Then the guy working in Napa points me to the white and blue building in the distance… trinity tire factory…. I drive over and they are 5 mins from closing for the night… here I’m expecting to get yelled at for not realizing they are closed, but instead I meet Rob. He was extremely polite and hospitable… and offers to fit me in first thing in the morning.
The next morning I come in and once again extreme kindness from the guys at trinity tire. They get me in and while I’m there I notice 9 customers come in and every single one was treated with the respect and kindness that I was treated with. Keep in mind, these guys were busy, non stop work. But every walk in and every customer was given the time and expertise they needed.
I was genuinely grateful that I broke down here rather than anywhere else. Rob, I just want to say thank you again for fitting me in at such late notice!!
