I had a really bad experience at this mechanic shop and I feel people should be warned. First of all, they charged me a ridiculous amount of money for something very minor. I came in asking for a full service, and not only did they not complete everything I asked for, but they also gave me no clear explanation about what they actually did. When I asked questions, they were rude and dismissive—not respectful or helpful at all.
It honestly felt like they were just trying to take advantage of people who don’t speak English and steal money from me. There was no transparency, no proper communication, and definitely no quality service. I left feeling frustrated, ripped off, and mad.
It’s truly sad that I put my trust into him fixing the car and I don’t have so much money and I use my last money for the car thinking it be worth it but finding out they didn’t fix one my main concern I feel horrible.
If you care about your time, money, and sanity, I highly recommend going somewhere else.
