Despite this, they still charged us that amount. Additionally, they tried to charge us another $600 to "fix" a problem that should have been addressed initially. After consulting with another auto shop, we were informed of a simple, affordable fix that we could do ourselves.

GINO ANGULO: I was turned down by a couple of shops for a transmission service, yes the car has a special transmission (VW, DSG tranny) but I assumed it wouldnt be a big deal. Boy was I wrong. Going to German Automotive slightly discouraged from other shops was such an eye opener. Santiago and his guys know these cars, and also know their business. They finished the car sooner than expected and Im back on the road with the confidence of having a new car. I hope to keep this car on the road for a long time and I will continue going to Visalia German Automotive for my services and everything my car may need. Highly recommend

Kristel: I was passing thru town when my car started making a funny noise. A friends father-in-law recommended this place. I called and was time there were no openings until Feb but i could still come by and he would take a look at my vehicle. He was so kind to help problem solve with me and found it was a blurry blower motor gone bad. Offered to work me in over the next few hours to get it fixed but as i was on a schedule to make it to Sacramento I opted not to stay when i was told the repair wasnt urgent and wouldnt cause further damage by driving on it. So grateful for the time he took and integrity he displayed that made my day. If i was a local i would use this shop for all my vehicle needs
