Richard Martin I know it’s been a while ago and I didn’t get a chance to write a review but they were great not only the mechanics were top-notch. The owner was more than fair. I had a new pump put in my 67 we started out with a S&S kit, and when I found there was metal in the pump I decided to change out the pump I called Ford Ford said it was fine, but I don’t know about you but if there’s metal and something it’s never good I can’t say enough good things about the shop more than fair. Good prices thank you for your service to the community.

After stopping to be sure my daughter and I were okay (the only person who stopped in an hour), I asked if we could tow our car to his shop. He was able to fix our car fast, was honest, and very reasonably priced. We were in a situation he could have easily taken advantage of and his honesty and hard work was much appreciated. Tyler Reese Rector is reliable and a hard worker. We had a van of 11 people travelling up through California when tragedy struck! Our tire had nearly come off on the I5 and the brakes had caught fire. After throwing some water on the brakes, we knew we were thousands of miles from home with no transportation and needed this fixed ASAP. We walked to the nearest garage (Rectors) and he surveyed our situation and called a Tow Truck for us. He stayed well after close to ensure we were taken care of and let us know we would have to wait for morning as he still needed a part. The next morning we spoke again he had all the parts ordered. By 4pm the next day (within 24 hours), the entire brake assembly and tire spindle had been replaced and reassembled and we were back on the road. The labour costs were very reasonable and the service was very impressive. While it always sucks to break down far away from any big city, I am very thankful we were near Rectors

Chris Bondanza I have been a repeat customer for years without a single issue. I was reading reviews others posted, some folks complain and write a bad review. All smog shops are regulated by our crappy state government, failure to comply with the law is not an option for any Smog shop if they want to stay in business. If you changed your engine, have missing exhaust parts, or make modifications to any components that alter the emissions its on you. This is a 5 star shop in my opinion.

Thomas Seffron Takes random days off, and doesnt post it, was waiting for 30 minutes for him to show up, called and he said he decided to take the day off. Bubba smog was booked up, went to antelope and they got me right in, passed without any issues and they were super nice!

The gentleman who does the smog checks is an older gentleman and he gives you the energy you give him. So if youre respectful and professional, then he treats you the same way. For the Karens out there, you get what you deserve. As others have noted, His hours are sporadic. The gentleman who does the smog checks is older and has medical issues. Due to medical concerns there are days he cannot make it into the shop. And unfortunately that means last minute cancellations, or no call, no shows. The last time I had to do a smog check it did take several attempts before I was able to be seen. This time, unfortunately after waiting a few days I didnt have a choice, and had to take my business elsewhere. Im leaving a four-star review because this review encompasses all of my visits with them not just the fact that hes unavailable this time. Moving forward, if you want to do business here, understand that he is an older gentleman with medical issues, and as a result may be forced to cancel your appointment without notification. It isnt that hes unprofessional, hes just struggling between ailments and trying to make a living.

Ross Spogli I had damage to my truck due to an accident and took it to Gerber for repairs. They kept me informed every step and explained in detail what needed to be replaced or repaired. Steve Sloan Just going to have a little chrome trim work replaced on my car. Not a very large job at all. Customer service seemed nice and was easy to work with them. They have not scheduled me for an appointment yet. Good body shops and paint shops are usually pretty busy. Thats a good sign.

Kevin Sorensen I recently needed some body work done, and was so worried about being raked over the coals in expenses. Instead the staff was friendly and helpful, they explained every step of the process and the costs involved. They had the work done quickly and for the right price. Hopefully I wont need any more body work in the future, but if I do, I know where Im going.

My last mechanic, Mike, from Mike’s Auto Repair was my mechanic for years and when he told me he was getting ready to retire I knew I had to find a new place where I could trust the mechanics with my vehicle. I have had several repairs done here because my car is around the 150,000 mile range and original parts are starting to go out. They’ve replaced my starter, water pump, serpentine belt, and now a rusted AC clutch. The prices are fair and the mechanics are awesome!

Elaine Harris Years ago when I lived in and near Red Bluff Bob’s Tires is where I always went. Moved closer to Chico & just used Costco. Other day had a puncture in a tire. Long story short, Lance explained why it was not advised to just replace the one tire as I have AWD. Price for all 4 tires was reasonable. The plus was tires were in stock & put on my car immediately. From now on I will definitely be using Bob’s again. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We did buy new tires for our horse trailer Bobs and recently had a flat because of a screw I ran over. Today I took my tire in for the repair, Raul helped me. He had great great customer service fields and my tire was fixed quickly at no cost. Today because of Raul, Im giving a five-star review!

Eric I Great install on new tires, but disappointed in overall service. The front tires were experiencing extreme positive camber due to a recent upgrade and an alignment needed to be done. I asked the service advisor but was told the technician was too busy to complete the alignment and needed to wait two weeks for the next available appointment. Ended up going to Les Schwab the next day for an alignment. Spend almost 2 grand on tires and get told tires are going to excessively wear but wait two weeks for a remedy after putting on brand new tires and acknowledge it will impact the tires..no thanks.

Noah McFarland Shop refuses to communicate!!! Had a appointment for a week out. Bike needed tires, oil change and an inspection. They refuse to communicate any work done or give me a quote for the tires despite having my bike in there possession for over a week as of this point. I am extremely frustrated and would be taking my business elsewhere if only there was another motorcycle repair shop in red bluff. Extremely dissatisfied.

Wild Dog Rolled off the flatbed tow truck with a punctured rear tire on my 2007 Yamaha 1700 cc midnight road star. Rolled out of the shop on my bike on the same day! When everyone else said no or sometime a month from now, Red Bluff Motorsports came through in a pinch!

Jamie Mireles Victor is THE BEST! We were jumping my sisters car at the gas station, and Victor pulled up. We didnt know exactly what we were doing, but Victor offered to help... thank goodness. My sister had some erosion going on. Victor used his own tools to disconnect the battery, clear it off and get the car running. It was so nice of him to go out of his way and help us out. This will be my new go to mechanic. Thank you, Victor. You are so appreciated.

Casey Wilke 4 hours into a 10 hour interstate road trip our check engine light came on. We found Imports Auto Repair and Jose diagnosed it and got it repaired while his mom and sister took care of us for 6 hours. Not the way we wanted to delay our trip but we could not have asked for a better experience.

Marie Burke My Diezel Cruze had engine warning light on and loosing performance. It took a few days to diagnose. My DEF FILTER was loaded w/debris. Asher James Been looking for a new mechanic. I appreciated that everyone i spoke to explained what was happening after my cars check up and didnt pressure me into spending more than i was able at the time. Making the appointment was smooth and easy and the lobby is nice and clean, almost too clean for a repair shop more like a doctors office lol, and was very comfortable to wait in while the oil was being changed. Will be back for sure.
