1 /5 Courtney Marley: Horrible experience and incredibly upset considering I’ve always had good service here. Today, I had a new person doing my manicure and I asked for a full set which I always do. I typically get my nails shorter in length due to working in the hospital but today, the nail person proceeded to file them down all the way to my skin so there was absolutely no more nail left. She even began taking off my skin as there was no more nail left to file. Not sure why I paid for a tip when the entire tip was then removed. It’s incredibly disappointing given the price charged. The price of the same services also varies by $10ish or more dollars every visit I’ve noticed. Will not be returning.

5 /5 Sheera: I have a really great experience here today with the sisters, Julie and Aurea (might have gotten her name wrong). But both so nice, detailed, clean, and didn’t rush me at all. Friendly staff. These are just some things I look for. I love it. Very impressed and I highly recommend.

1 /5 Joyce Xavier: This “rush-through” salon caters to very elderly clientele who can’t see anything! So sad. Please don’t waste your hard earned money here! I went in and they rushed me through for a mani/pedi in 45 mins. Not a good experience at all. Difficult to believe as they were very slow on this particular Weds. afternoon. “David” drilled my long, natural nails and told me they were acrylics! They were just gel polished. He drilled hard and hurt my nail beds. Tiffany, who did my pedicure, left dead skin around my cuticles and polish on my cuticles. Another push-them-through desert salon. Never again! I regret the $100 they charged me.

5 /5 max crispi: I’ve been getting manicures and pedicures for over 20 years and Better Nails is top notch! Try Tiffany she’s awesome! Don’t go to Tippi Toes Nails the service is terrible!
