But most importantly no matter how nervous I am going in I NEVER, NEVER have felt any pain during his procedure! So amazing I now trust him with all of kids teeth and comfort too. The staff is great too.

Im glad to say no surprises. They if anything have gotten better. Im always on some insurance program and they handle all of it without a problem. Also Im have mobility issues ( walker) and it has never been an issue

I am scared of going to the dentist before but with his gentle hands and caring staff he took my fear away. Now I am looking forward to go to my dental appointments with him.

5 /5 Priscilla Ruiz: Dr. Julian is wonderful!! His staff is so polite, Dr.J is funny and he is Trilingual so you know he’s intelligent!! I’ve always been priced very fairly and he doesn’t overcharge like many of my dentists in the past. Plus he speaks Tagalog, English, and Spanish, can you believe it?! Extremely impressive to me! Also multiple staff members on his team are bilingual. I appreciate the diversity of his team and their honesty! Amazing service!!

Crystal Simmons: DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will cancel your appointment!!! I read it in the reviews, didnt heed the warning, and found out. I had appointments for my husband and I. I tried to call in advance, no one answered the phone. When I got there, they said theyre only taking ortho appointments. I asked why then book me for a new patient appointment. The girl at the front desk (was very nice BUT) said because the appointment was booked with corporate. I told her that the reviews were full of this very same complaint. She said she knew so... they know and theyre doing nothing about wasting peoples time. Theyre getting one star because zero stars is not an option. Completely and utterly ridiculous. Not to mention I was skeptical about visiting here anyway, knowing I should go to an actual private practice. I looked them up and found, they have an F rating on BBB. Never again!!!

MAI HER: Very good, quick and friendly. Love that they text reminders, easy xray that dont hurt my son mouth like traditional xray sheets, no waiting forever, they have personal ceiling tv for my son to watch. Only thing is that they dont have a anesthesia person in place, you have to wait a bit for the person to come into town since he travels to various locations, but still great overall experience!! They accept medi-cal!! Never had a problem so far, their appointment slecetion through text does get fill up quick so respond to the availability through text quick if you dont want to make the call. Also, note that my son is autistic and he loves it here.

Christopher Moss: Tried calling four times. Each time it said that the call would be connected after selecting option 2, it rang once and was disconnected each time. So either the phone system needs work or someone was purposely hanging up instead of taking my call (10:20ish on a Friday morning). Since hours are not listed, I wanted to ensure that they would be open but since I cant even get THAT information with a simple phone call, Ill be going elsewhere.

Crystal Coin: Worst place ever. I havent been there in almost 4 years, but I got a collections bill in the mail. I called and asked why wasnt I contacted. They said they did... 2 years prior to an address I still lived at. Never got ANYTHING!! They billed my insurance wrong and of course its been so long that I cant fix it. Theyd make me wait at least 3 hours to be seen even if i had an appointment. Horrible, unprofessional, and lazy. I had to do the billers job 4 years later.
