1 /5 Maria J Arizaga: I’m giving this business 1 star, nothing against the business at all, I only came to this place because I wanted to support ELENA’s “small business”.
I made an appointment for a lash lift w ELENA, 3 days after my lift I texted her my concerns of how my lashes were not relaxing and were stuck to my eyelids because of how curled they were. She assured me that within 1-2 weeks they would relax. 3 weeks go by and I reach out to ELENA again asking if there is anything I could do myself to relax my lashes as I’m just so disappointed and she tells me…..
“ Hello, only thing I can do is offer a reverse that means I would relax them it might relax them back to natural I can only leave the product on for no more then 1 min because it can snap your lashes off.”
Definitely Not something I want to risk!! so being told that I decided to wait and see if they would relax on their own.
5 weeks go by, I text ELENA again and express how unhappy I am and that I would like my money back. ELENA proceeds to text me…
“Hi, my refund policy is only 72 hrs from the day you got your lashes done. Yes it’s been 5 weeks that we did your lashes lashes will last 4-6 week up to 8 your lashes will start to straighten out in faces. I’m more than happy to do a relaxer on your lashes.”
I did text ELENA 72 hours after my lift to express concerns, she tells me to wait and they will relax. I texted her almost 2 weeks, again I reached out to her at 5 weeks expressing how unhappy I am and I would like my $100 back only to be told ELENA’s policy does not apply to lash lifts because it has exceeded 72 hours.
If I loved my lashes I would not be putting so much time and energy over $100 but it’s the principal of some small business trying to take advantage of people.
