Guadalupe Castillo I wish I could give this hard-working girl 100 stars! I highly recommend being serviced by her! Ive been serviced by multiple estheticians in the area trying to find my perfect match and I finally found her! Ive been going to Karina for over 1.5 years now and have had multiple services done with always smooth skin and no issues. She is, by far, the most experienced & so thorough. She is kind, respectful, and will wax at your pace while also explaining every procedure (if needed). She also has great music taste! Karina is very knowledgeable about the products she recommends and will never hesitate to give me advice if I ever have a concern about my skin (like my acne) or skincare in general. Ive referred multiple friends, family members and acquaintances with her, who have been returning clients, and am confident that they will also feel the same. I hope she never leaves the area because it will be a tremendous loss. TL:DR - Karina is an amazing esthetician and you should schedule with her!

Catherine Mihelac Karina is the best! She makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She is so helpful and will answer any questions. Her place is clean and tidy. It truly shows how much she cares. I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else!

Jennie Garcia My husband and I came in to smell some new fragrances and ended sold on both of us buying a brand new bottle each. The fragrance department woman Irene was absolutely amazing and listened to our preferences and ended up showing us what she thought would fit our wants and oh man was she spot on. I ended up getting Prada Paradox which is so fruity and sweet and has been such a wonderful fragrance that has lasted me all day long and my husband ended up getting YSL Myself, I have never been so in love with a scent coming from a man and I just love the way it makes him Smell. She was seriously so attentive and patient with us and let us smell so many different fragrances that were all amazing by the way, but I’m very please with the ones we chose and cannot wait to go back for more of her suggestions.

Sandy Erpenbach Very disappointed with management policy. Ive been a customer for three years, but after today Reds has lost my business. I purchased a Biolage/Matrix Conditioning Cleanser kit (co-wash with leave-in conditioner, and promotional comb) along with some Matrix hair spray. Total cost over $60.00. After using the kit I found that the cleanser and conditioner made my hair dull and sticky feeling. I dont live in Yuba City, so I only shop there occasionally. During the purchase the sales rep told me if the products dont work out I could exchange them as long as its within 30 days. Today I took the kit back for exchange and was told that since I returned them after 15 days (18 days to be exact) they would charge me a 20% restocking fee (so if I returned them on the 14th day there would be no restocking fee?????). This is a small store....a restocking fee....what a joke! Needless to say I will not be doing business with Reds again. Ive spent a lot of money in this store over the past three years and have never returned any products. The first time I do, I get slapped with a restocking fee....totally out of line. All this tells me about Reds is that they dont stand behind the products they sell, so I say to you.....buyer beware!!!! Ive always loved shopping at smaller local businesses, but if this is the type of policy you want to enforce then Ill deal with the larger companies.

tami clark When I was out of a product they no longer were carrying I was told they could order it for me and would have it in a couple of days. My only problem was I didn’t have the exact name of the product so they had me describe it and tell them the brand. Two days later they called me and had my product. I am very pleased with Reds

Mah A the shop from inside needs Serious organized. not necessarily to be full remodeling, at least good tidying up with Acceptable guest waiting room seats. the haircut is acceptable .check your haircut well before you leave. anyway, I can say its ok but nothing special.

James Dingle Ti is an excellent barber. He always get my haircut right and he remembers how to cut my hair every time I come by. I moved an hour away from Marysville to Sacramento last year so every time I visit my mom in Marysville nowadays I try my best to stop by to get a haircut. Manny at this barbershop is also really good, Ti had a good team here and sometimes when the wait is long I know that either Ti, Manny or Sunny is capable to getting the haircut right. Out of all barbers I’ve visited, even ones in Sacramento, Ti is the most precise of all them. I’m willing to make the commute to get my haircut by the barbers in this shop.

S Martinez Multiple hair stylists on sight who all rent a booth. So service depends on who your hair stylist is. No walk-ins all by appointments, which is nice. Parking is good

Julie Sutton Ive been going to see Sandra for over 13 years. Shes wonderful and highly recommended! The facility is always clean and well presented. Everyone there is always so nice too.

Ashley Bilbao This place was amazing! My 8 year old son came in with middle of the back hair length and came out with a short fun new style. The energy was great, all the guys were welcoming. We will be stopping her regularly. Thanks Randy for the awesome hair cut!

Lee Manning My very first time at this shop and it was a great experience. Roger greeted me at the door and cut my hair too. He was very friendly and helpful explaining how I can schedule future cuts using the QR code on the back of his business card and told me how to describe my cut by name. All the barbers had a super good vibe and I could tell they all have skills by the finished cuts, the shop also has a really cool athletics theme.

Judy Escobedo If I could do 0 stars, I would... my sister had her Confirmation scheduled on March 17th and we attempted to go to several hair salons to reserve a time to get her hair done weeks in advance but since it falls on a Sunday, most salons are closed on Sunday. My mom decided to go to this salon and ask if she could reserve a time on Sunday morning to get my sister and her hair done. The hair stylist agreed and my mom paid her the $50 deposit for the service. Come the day of the Confirmation and my mom and sister go to their appointment at 9AM. They wait for 20 minutes outside and the salon is closed, attempted to call but she only had the salons number. After this she drove around to multiple salons to see if a hair stylist was available to style my sisters hair and luckily they did find someone. My mom went to speak to the hair stylist and she refused to give my mom her money back because supposedly my mom told her that the appointment would be on Saturday and the hair stylist claimed she called my mom multiple times that day. My mom did not receive any calls from the salon nor did she mistake the day of my sisters Confirmation as we have been planning this for weeks. My mom made it very clear that she could not find another salon that had availability or was opened on Sunday, March 17th, so to claim that my mom said Saturday is a lie. She refused to give back the $50 deposit for a service that was never received. This whole experience was awful and stressful.

Amber Paulie did an AMAZING job per the usual. She is the only person my daughter will let touch her hair. We only had a couple days before school and she got us in. Very professional and down to earth.

Emily Dominguez The only reason why this place gets two stars is because Rose is actually really nice with chair talk, that’s it. I never really post reviews but I feel like I need to say something because one: Rose does not do pricing over the phone, and two, I paid $65 for this kind of haircut. I asked for high layers and face framing. My hair was washed the morning before, but she washed it anyways. I feel botched and I really would not come back to this place considering it was not completely blended in the first place. I was very lucky to have a blow out which really almost *hid* a lot of what I couldn’t see when I was done…but once the humidity of outside hit the bluntness of the cut really revealed the choppy style I got going on. This lowkey broke me and I wish I could’ve at least got an estimate. A huge red flag is that she has a sign that says that her ATM temporarily doesn’t work, when in truth, after I almost walked out apologetically because I only had a card, she said it was okay since it was my first time, but I needed to bring cash to further appointments. Do not get me wrong, I understand the way that cash is a lot faster, but to use that sign as a profit technique is wrong. I have very straight, long asian hair. Which means it gets super straight compared to most people. So unless if I choose to put in the labor and damage of curling my hair or blowing it out, this is what everyone will see with just my hair down, fresh out of a wash.

Carol Spernak Great place. Rose, our hair stylist. She saved my hair, when it was ruined & burnt by another hair stylist. I called several salons and No one would help me but Rose. That was 8 years ago. I dont go anywhere else.

Speaking of short hair, it’s so hard to find a stylist who truly knows how to cut and style it well without giving an “old lady” vibe. Melissa, however, always nails it! My pixie cut is always spunky, modern, and full of personality, and I constantly receive compliments on it. Beyond her incredible skills, Melissa is such a joy to be around. Her positive energy and fun personality make every appointment a delightful experience. She’s a well-rounded, full-service stylist with years of experience, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Cindy Austin My go-to place for all my pampering needs! All the ladies are super nice and friendly here, and always welcoming! Maria does my lash extensions. She understands the look I want and makes my lashes look awesome every time! Davina is my go-to hairstylist for my hair needs! She gives the best hair advice especially since Im such an indecisive person, and she produces such amazing hair results! Im always so happy and feel so beautiful leaving this hair studio!

C W Newly opened hair salon in Downtown Marysville. I get my lashes done here by Maria and she is amazing. She is meticulous in her work and makes sure every thing is perfect. Tells you how to take care of them and they truly last. Recently got my hair done here by Davina and she did an amazing job. I’m in love with my new hair. She was friendly and really cared for me hair and suggested what would be best for my hair for what I wanted and it turned out great!

Jessica Cook Polly did an amazing job on my daughters hair. Her first time getting highlights.. She showed her a pic and got just what she wanted. Fees are comparable to other places. It was her birthday she felt special and cared for. The place was clean, spacious and both employees there were very nice. We called 4+ stores for an appointment this was the only salon to call us back!!

Shabnam Letts I had my nails done by Olivia. She was super friendly and nice. She puts her heart into the job. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend her and I will be going back.

mono madness OMG!! Everybody here is so welcoming and nice, and the services they provide are killer!! I got a styled haircut I’ve been wanting for YEARS and it turned out exactly how I imagined! Shenise was my stylist and she is LITERALLY magic. Thank you to everyone here you’re totally awesome!!
