Vera is a true artist (maybe magician, in my case!) with scissors. :-) The entire staff is friendly, and the salon is clean, easily accessible on Calle Real near Fairview, and there is ample parking in the shopping center lot. Beauty Salon V is truly one of the best finds I made when I moved to Santa Barbara.

I get a lot of compliments. Shes very friendly and professional. I think the prices are very competitive especially nowadays. So happy to have found a good stylist that cuts my hair well. Thank you!

Janna Crocker: Ive been going to the Edge 805 for undercuts for a year now and every time I go Im amazed by the cut! I get a freestyle design each time and show my stylist Xanthia an image and she does an incredible job of replicating that in my hair. I love getting such intricate undercuts at this shop and always get so many compliments about the design. I also get the longer parts of my hair cut here and its a super relaxing experience as well. If you want to go for an adventurous undercut or are just looking for a trim, I cant recommend this shop enough!

Cutting Edge Hair and Body Salon - Goleta

Grace S.: Scam! My kid is scheduled light perm with hair trim, but they spent 2 hours to bleach his hair for almost $400 instead, not sure how much damages is done to his hair, hes also allergic to some chemicals, not to mention another $200-$300 for touch-up every 6 weeks. Its the WRONG way to earn more business like this!

Kim McAdams: Be prepared for a quality haircut for the price! My haircut was quick, easy, and neat! I think this is also the first time I have come home after a haircut and not had to clean it up -- Eleni does it all for you! At the end, she saw how much money I had on me and gave me a discount off the usual price for being a student, and said I could come back for small routine trims on the house for having such short hair now! I would highly recommend this place.

Ava Miller: I went here nearly 5 months ago. I got my hair dyed brown and it turned a horrible red color. The stylist left the dye on way too long! Her measure of time for how to keep it on was when the next customer was done.. and my hair is RUINED now! I’ve spent another hundred dollars on toners to get rid of this awful color to no avail!! I should’ve never come here in the first place. I could’ve done better myself with 3 dollar box dye. Don’t go here- Save your money for a real salon!

Shanuki Tillekeratne: Actually the worst haircut of my life. I told Darin I wanted a trim and he cut off so much of my hair and gave me SO many layers, no two pieces of my hair are the same length, honestly it looks ridiculous. My hair was long and I wanted 2 inches at most off and some random pieces of hair are at my ear, it’s so weird. He did whatever he wanted rather than what I asked for. Do not recommended.

Amy Schneider: Stylists was rude and haircut not what he asked for. We won’t be coming back. Would have made a huge difference if she had just acknowledged being 20 minutes late because they’d been busy and she went out to get lunch. You’re in the service industry. Just say something.

Mo Rea: Got my hair cut by Phil this time. He’s always positive and humorous. I’m so happy they have maintained sanitation requirements after COVID and clean their stations between clients. Convenient parking and hours. I easily placed my appointment on their website same day. I have curly hair and they don’t shy away from it.

Wolfs Head Barbershop - Goleta

Ricardo Ibarra: This shop has won my loyalty for a couple reasons, I’ll start off with saying the energy of the shop is great. Good music is always playing, I always have a great conversation with the barbers, and the atmosphere isn’t too serious - it is a welcoming place. I have been to barbershops where everyone seems to cool for school where you’re not comfortable. This is not that shop, excited to bring my boy for his first haircut here! Anyways, secondly Anthony has always given me an amazing haircut, super consistent and fast service. I rock a slick back so i always get a low fade to skin with a little off top to keep it tight and he just nails it every time. Overall I have zero complaints, keep up the great work Wolf’s Head!
