The beds are specific to this service. There is a built-in massage on the bed while they treat your hair. The bed was too strong for my arthritis on my back so they could stop it for you. The treatment for hair was superb. Then you get a great shoulder and neck massage. The package is receive also included a facial. It was was a 9 of 10. I get facial treatments even six weeks but this is for a natural glow. I dont know what they use on your hair, but after the blow dry, I was so silky, soft, and straight. I normally have as I call it top ramen hair. It hets wavey as i get older (53 yrs young). I dont know what package my friend got, but I think it cost 100. I said to the technician after she showed me the video, "whose hair is that?" Didnt look like mine. It lasted for 5 days. I want the secret products they used. Well worth it. I would do this again.
