The color match was perfect, and Sofia paid careful attention to detail, ensuring that I was satisfied with the results. Even when I requested a slight adjustment, she didn’t hesitate to briefly squeeze me in when she was off. That is great customer service! April 2024 I was looking for a new stylist and colorist when I found Sofia. She took me in although she was just about to leave, and I’m super thrilled that she did. Not only did she take her time to listen to my requests, she also took the time to explain her processes and expectations. She is very personable, friendly, she makes sure her clients feel welcomed. They have both the tv and the radio going at the same time, so you’re listening to lots of commercials and the news, and it’s not very relaxing. My nails look fine, but they do dip your fingers in acetone to remove gel (no wrapping) along with the power tools for the removal. My nails are so thin, I had to let her know she was hurting me with that drill. On the plus side they did see me almost right away, and they were kind enough to help me pick a color. It’s not a bad place, just not my cup or tea. I left with a headache because of all the noise.

She asked me a few questions and decided I would go with baby lights as it will give me my desired look. Jeanette is really sweet and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish.
