5 /5 Susan and Mary Phelps: I cant say enough about the fantastic experience I had with Carl at B & D Automotive Center. I was visiting the Bay Area from my home in Nevada and prior to driving over the Sierras I noticed a problem with my 2002 GMC Yukon. I searched auto repair on the BBB website, and there were many great reviews for B&D so I contacted them and explained the problem. I was told to "come on down" and Carl had the mechanic stop what he was working on to repair my car. I was on my way in less than an hour. Awesome service! Thank you so much, Carl.

5 /5 Bastiaan Zwanenburg: Great experience with Carl and the team repairing a leaking cooling system on my 2012 VW Tiguan. Repair was quick, and now (4 months / 5,000miles) later, everything is still working super smooth. Repair was expensive but was similar / slightly lower than what other shops in the area quoted me so seems fair.

5 /5 C T: Carl at B&D is a great guy. He was recommended by Americas Tires for an alignment after I got tires from them. I was also due for struts and he let me know and turned it around the the same day. I think I just found my new mechanic.

5 /5 SaintD: I had a bad experience with another mechanic (Garaffos) who let my mothers car sit around for NINE DAYS without doing anything to it. I took it Carl and he fixed it in ONE DAY! Not only that, he gave us a great rate. I bring all my cars to Carl now, hes a great mechanic and his prices are affordable.
