5 /5 Rohan Harrison: Gibson is a really friendly, professional, punctional, and fair person. I respect him, his work is solid, and his prices are reasonable. I will go back. He even replaced my dead headlamp when I didn’t even mention it or ask him, and he didn’t even charge me. Amazing :)

5 /5 Ashwin Ramakrishnan: Took my 2017 Mazda6 here after I had random instances of my car not responding to acceleration. Putnam Mazda gave me a $1000 service quote for spark plug replacement + fuel intake system cleaning without even opening the hood. Gibson at Automotive City drove the car, took a look under the hood and said he didnt find any obvious issues. Since the issue happened randomly, he just asked me to bring it in the next time it does happen. For now, he just did an oil change + tire rotation and charged a very reasonable price. He was straightforward throughout and answered all my questions patiently. I dont know if my acceleration issues are solved, but at least Gibson was honest about what he found and what he could do. Will be coming back!

5 /5 Mark Woods: Ive been happy with Gibson. I have a 4wd truck that I beat on pretty hard, and I bring it in beat up, with sand and mud in the filters, so sometimes he gets mad and yells at me, lol. He does a good job on all my vehicles, and Ive been happy with him. I trust him, and his prices are fair. 5 stars.

5 /5 John Kirkish: Gibson is the Perfect mechanic - I can rest assured that everything has been checked and is in perfect order - including all fluids. Ive been taking my cars to Gibson for over 10 years, and have met other customers that bring their cherished Jags & BMWs down from San Francisco to him in San Mateo (I drive from San Leandro!).
