5 /5 MJ SF: I received outstanding advice and service from Joyce and the team at Autotronics! I was in a tough spot, needing highly specialized work on my much-loved 2007 SLK 350. The Mercedes dealer quoted an astronomical price, and other shops even suggested I might be better off retiring the car rather than investing in the repair. After calling more than a dozen places, I finally found Joyce. She was clearly experienced with the exact issue and patiently explained all my options and associated costs. Im so happy my car has been restored to its former glory, and Im absolutely thrilled to have found such an excellent and reliable shop that I can trust to care for my car like its one of their own.

5 /5 Marina Koch: We brought our Tesla in after a message popped up that we may need to rotate the tires. They took us in promptly and after thoroughly checking the tires they said they were in great shape and we didn’t need to rotate them yet. Joyce and Geovanni were incredibly honest and kind to tell us this and they did not charge us a penny when we asked if we could give them some money for their time. We will 100% be back when it is time to rotate them! Highly recommend - it’s not everyday you find such genuine people!
