1 /5 Bobby Murdel: I recently took my Porsche Boxster in for repairs, and I was extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the pricing. From the moment I arrived, the staff was unhelpful and rude, making it clear they weren’t interested in addressing my concerns or answering questions about the work being done. Communication was nearly non-existent, and when I asked for updates, I was met with dismissive responses. To make matters worse, the prices were outrageous! I expected to pay a premium for a luxury car repair, but the charges were far beyond what I anticipated for the quality of service I received. It felt like I was being taken advantage of, and I left the shop feeling frustrated and overcharged. I won’t be returning and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and reasonably priced service. Very disappointing experience overall.

5 /5 Terri DuFore: I am so grateful for Carrera. My Mercedes was badly out of alignment after an accident. I had brought it to Audubon motors and was told that the car was probably totaled and that I needed to spend over $800 just to have them inspected. Luckily, Adam from Carrera called me back just as I was signing the paperwork to get my car assessed. He told me he’d be happy to take a look at it. I drove it over to him, he assess the damage and fixed it for just a little more than Audubon would’ve charged me to look at it. I will always be grateful to Adam and Carrera Motors

5 /5 Aurea Miranda: Adam was such a pleasure to meet & have my BMW repaired by. My car broke down so I had it towed to his shop the next day. He had it fixed the same day at an extremely reasonable price. I usually pay enormous amounts if I take my car to a BMW dealer service center. I found Adam’s shop by simply walking through his neighborhood one day back in 2023. I decided to check the reviews on Google & Yelp and saw all the rave reviews. Those reviews are 1000% correct. I will always go to this shop moving forward for all my BMW needs. Thanks so much to Adam & his partner Bogie!!

5 /5 Ali Imani: 10/10 recommend this shop, cant say enough good things. Ive been taking my 987 Cayman S to this shop for the last 7 years. Adam and Bogie are really masters of their craft. Theres not much they havent seen, the quality of their work is excellent, their prices are reasonable, and theyre great to work with. Very fair, honest, reliable, good communicators, super attentive to detail, and theyve hired a great team as well. Theyll go the extra mile to make sure youre taken care of properly.
