1 /5 Kaley Lopez: I’m not one to complain nor write negative review. I’m a very understanding person and understand there are cancellations, however this was not the case. I’ve never had a bad experience with Gabby, in fact, I have always left satisfied until recently. This past weekend I had an appointment with her at 2 and it was something I have been looking forward for the past 2 months since I scheduled this in the beginning of April. I haven’t had my hair done in ages and the timing of my appointment couldn’t have been more perfect since I have a wedding coming up. I was utterly devastated when Gabby did not show up. Not only was it unprofessional, I felt absolutely disrespected. To make matters worse, I texted her and she never responded. If she had just taken the time to respond, I probably wouldn’t be writing this review but that was obviously too much to ask for. With the level of skills, it’s shocking how she lacks professionalism and doesn’t seem to comprehend the concept of time and how I took time out of my day for this appointment for me just to be sitting there for an hour. If you’re planning to book at this salon, go for it! But if you’re planning to book with Gabby just know that she is unorganized and does not value your time whatsoever. And know that I am not the first person she has done this to, I have heard other stories from her other clients as well so beware.
