I walked in without an appointment and she just took me right into a chair, connected with me and listened to my concerns. She basically held my hand for 10 minutes through a bang trim, then taught me how to blow out and style my bangs. She went above and beyond and I am so pleased with her. I will go back anytime I am in Santa Barbara.

Sarah Acuña: Makeup artist was very nice, but spent minimal time with the bride and the makeup did not translate well in pictures. The eyelashes that were applied showed glue. Not at all worth the price paid. She could have spent more time perfecting and actually blending in the eyeshadow.

Truth Opinions: Fabian is a great hairstylist. Very calm and relaxed like his shop Sequel. Sequel has a nice hidden plaza behind where two adjacent restaurant/bars are to enjoy while waiting. Highly recommend Fabian if you don’t know what to do with your hair and bring a photo. He’ll let you know pros/cons and what goes good with your face and body type. He will also go into detail about the hair product based on hair type and style.

Reda Rountree: There’s no one as good as Peggy! This is my favorite place to go for a haircut and color in Santa Barbara. The stylists are experienced, warm and friendly, and really know how to make you look your best. Love and miss Leslie so much, who was an incredible hairstylist and woman in general — her kind and comforting spirit lives on in Head West. Make an appointment with Peggy and tell her Reda from Los Angeles sent you!

I like my hair on the shorter side and the way she cuts my hair is great because it not only looks great when I leave, but it continues to look great as it grows out.
