He uses the product I requested which is ammonia- free Schwartzkopf, dyes my eyebrows, keeps my hair healthy with a trim each month and offers me tea with honey every time. :) Honestly, Urban Salon is the best beauty parlor in Santa Barbara and Alan, the owner, is an outstanding hair stylist. I feel lucky to have found him!

He has very good communication skills and speaks with you in a friendly and courteous manner. The most important thing is that he pays attention to details and he is very clean and neat. He offered me water, tea and some snacks. The place is big plus it has parking lot. Alan always keeps the place with a good vibration and makes you feel like if youre at home. If youre looking for someone that makes you feel unique and comfortable this is the place. I totally recommend.

I drive from Hollywood to visit Santa Barbara, and I try to book with Alan each visit. Far and away, a better haircut and better value than any stylist around Hollywood.
