Alex B: Apparently, some of the workers, at times, appeared to be hostile/bigoted. When I arrived a nurse (Austin) who seemed nice took my things, including a Navy Blue Jacket, Tommy Hilfiger, Size medium. At discharge, a different nurse returned some of my belongings... yet she kept a form I expected to read/sign. She did Not return my blue jacket. I called and emailed, and did not receive an apology or real reply - the response seemed hostile, as if they feel they are doing me a favor. Please send my jacket or the replacement cost.

The person I spoke to at the front desk was very kind and helpful, but I then had to ride my bike while sick to the other location, so just want people to be aware. Their website & google maps all say they take walk-ins but right now theyāre only providing primary care.
King Mak: The lobby staff are extremely bad. They bully Chinese people and treat foreigners like dogs. They have no sense of responsibility. They are not necessarily wrong. I am extremely disgusted with this.
SolĆØne Delecourt: I had an appointment at this practice with Dr Lauren Pallis, MD. I felt very well taken care of, and listened to. This is a practice where they actually CARE for you. This is NOT your typical US medical practice, where you are rushed from hand to hand (from nursing assistant to nurse), and spend 5 minutes max with the doctor, who is mainly reading their computer and not even looking at you. This is a medical practice where the doctor talks and listens to you. Additionally, its not the most important, but it does matter: the physical space is incredibly tasteful, with lots of natural light, and beautiful artwork. It does matter because it makes you feel at ease and relaxed, and thats already the beginning of care.

Ive had two procedures over that the past 7-years and each time the experience has been excellent (all things considered - LOL).
From start to finish the entire team was professional, understanding, informative and made the patient safety, care and comfort a priority.
Lets face it - it aint exactly a fun procedure, but Dr. Stollman walks you through the process, and gives you the confidence that you are in good hands.
