They can be trusted with your vehicles. Adding this: Dan and his crew just did some major additions to my jeep. They did an amazing job. New heavy duty front bumper, wench, and heavy duty rear bumper. As soon soon as the lift arrives, they will be installing it. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my rigs.

Rugnao F. “iAmFAUST”: I love Bob Handley and this is why! Below is my bad review for Sangera Subaru, but includes why I love Bob Handley and why I ONLY trust him with my vehicle. (BAD Sangera Subaru Review initially, then to why Bob Handley saved me and why I love the guy, as left on a review for that dealership) I brought in my car for an issue I had a little less than 3 years ago that they fixed. I didnt have a diagnostic tool then, and it was an oil control valve (code P000D Left Bank 2). Well, it is that same one now, and learned they (Sangera Subaru) wanted to charge me $405 for a damn diagnostic and while most dealerships warranty for 3 years or 35k miles, these guys only warranty 1 year according to their ASM I had seen. I said hell naw, and left. I aint ever coming back here again. Not even for an oil change, because I only take it there and discovered my center console was also damaged last time I was here, but I cant prove that since it was awhile. So if you are foolish enough to take it here for repairs or service, make sure you record everything prior so you have it on record it wasnt like that before, should you find an issue. I called Handleys and Bob told me exactly what happened with my car and offered to clear the code after I fix it, without pressuring me or trying to solicit his shop (it needed an oil change to diagnose). The oil change was a little more expensive than the dealerhsip, but better and here is why: My MPG went up (to a steady 16.5 vs when Sangera Subaru does it Iit drops to 10.3 within a few drives that same day) and car runs much better than ever taking it to Sangera Subaru. Plus he flashed it and no issues as he said my issue was causes by low oil or oil contaminates, even prior to bringing it in. He (Bob Handley) tried to direct me to a lube shop and I realized he does oil changes and called back to ask about it. He said they charge more and lube shops charge less, but his honesty earned my business and glad I did. $115 vs $405 + probably upwards of another $500 bs, because Sangera Subaru just changes your oil but claims they replaced the part. So I am done with this crooked dealership. Also change your oil every 3k miles, never listen to them or the internet. These EJ motors burn 1 qt of oil per 1k miles. Bobs oil is superior to that dreadful dealership and if I need anything, Handleys or All Automatic Transmission, will get my business, every time from now on.

Andrae was helpful and worked on my uncles car the same night when I dropped it off at 10 pm. He knew my uncle was in need of help due to his health problems and got it running the next day. Most places would’ve said it was some big job and got their money because they know I can’t crawl around and inspect but this place is honest and respectable.

Eduardo N Lopez: In my own experience, I had a very bad experience with the service in this place, I asked José Jr for an estimate, how long it would take to replace an engine and he told me to 1 to 2 weeks, I thought 1 week is fine but 2 is already a long time, And he said, but you just have to look for the engine, and then I looked for it, and ordered and it would arrive there to their address, And then when I called the phone to find out if it had arrived he never answered the phone, so I went in person and he told me it had arrived but now it will take 2 or 3 weeks to replace an engine, then the time already changed from1 to 2 weeks for 2 to 3 weeks to replace the engine, that is already a long time, that day was a Thursday, and I told him Ill leave my car with you so you can start now and he told me not right now till Monday, right now Im very busy and I have several jobs ahead of me than yours, so I asked in 2 or 3 other places and they told me that estimated time to replace an engine is around 4 to 5 days, so the Saturday before I took my car to him on Monday, I told him that before he started the job I would rather cancel the job, and when I told him that he got angry and yelled at me and tell me that never come back to his place, well one thing Im sure, Ill never come back to his place again, and he said that he was going to charge me 40 dlls, I told him why if he hadnt taken the car apart yet, and he said that it was because the engine was bothering him and thats the only reason, I think that i have the right to change to a place where they would give me better service and a quote, after all they hadnt stared doing anything with my car yet, i think theyre only interested in the money.
