Took my 97 jeep in for an electrical issue in late 2024. Paid ~$1200, they kept my jeep for 6 months sitting on their lot, didnt fix the issue, and didnt refund me. I picked it up twice over this time-period when they got it started and broke down within 10 miles of shop both times. Paid out of pocked for tows back to shop.
I regularly asked for updates and was apparent they werent prioritizing it. Would get texts back saying they were waiting on parts. 5 months in they said they mis-diagnosed what they thought was the issue.
When I picked it up last, shop manager admitted "Weve been negligent with your vehicle over last 6 months", told me it wasnt prioritized, he wasnt aware theyd had it that long, and still refused to refund me. Owner was in shop that day and avoided me when I asked to speak with him directly. Emailed him a week earlier politely asking for my vehicle to be prioritized and received no response.
Dont trust this business.
