2 /5 Julie C: The front desk guys do not listen. I had to really push to explain the issues I was having both before and after they worked on my car. They cut you off and dont take notes.
I knew I had knocked a weight off of a tire and needed a balance, and that my alignment was also probably in need of work.
I took it in they gave me a pretty piece of paper that said the work was done, but my car drove so much worse after their repair. I take it back in. Surprise! Now I apparently need new control arms to fix the issue. Im sorry, you didnt check that before you did the $160 alignment to be sure an alignment would fix the problem?
Ive been through this before with other mechanics and this same car, which I have had for over a decade. I have had it aligned two other times, and both times I had to go through a song and dance of taking it back multiple times for them to align it properly. They wont listen to me and just insist I need to pay them $$$ to fix what they just dont want to do correctly.
