Melissa Jones: Ive never been so disappointed with an experience at a mechanic. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and they had it for 2 full days. There was no communication from them to keep me updated. I called them for an update at end of day Tuesday, and then again Wednesday end of day. They did a diagnostic and they got my check engine off. But I had several other issues that werent addressed at all! When I picked it up end of Wednesday I found out there is a 3% fee to use your DEBIT card! It was not discussed with me before hand and the service was over 300 bucks! Now my car is not starting after just having it in the shop 2 weeks ago! Ill never use this business again, and recommend you dont either.

I honestly enjoy going to Sergio’s not just for car repairs, but because it feels more like visiting family or close friends. The conversations are great, the atmosphere is welcoming, and I always leave with confidence knowing the job was done right. Highly, highly recommend this place!
