1 /5 naomi gray: THIS IS WHAT MY FULL EYEBROW LOOKED LIKE WHEN I WALKED OUT OF HERE TODAY. I have never left an eyebrow appointment so angry in my entire life!I’m new to the neighborhood,and after looking at the amazing reviews I figured I’d give this place a shot.Well,the pictures don’t do justice how terrible my eyebrows look and how different they are.I noticed she kept plucking at the top of my brow and not cleaning the bottom when I stopped her and to my horror,she had plucked off the whole top of my eyebrow and hadn’t even cleaned the bottom.The owner stepped in,explaining that she’s new and that is no excuse for me.I come in expecting a service,not to be someone’s test rabbit.If your employees aren’t up to par yet,don’t let them touch people’s faces!I’m so mad.I didn’t pay but who cares about $20 when I’m going to be walking around looking like this for the next month while I grow out my brows?Do better!

5 /5 Jacqui Chung: Ive been getting my eyebrows done from sandy for a couple of years and its always been a quick and reliable service. Even the other girls who work there do such a great job, I never have a preference who does my brows.

In all my 15 years of getting my eyebrows done, this is by far the best, most competent place to go. Highly, highly recommend! Everyone is also so kind and pleasant, will I’m a repeat customer for life!
